We have taken our main influences from Southern Mexico, Belize and Nicaragua. While most people are accustomed to the westernised “Tex-Mex”, our goal is to bring you a more authentic taste of the Central American Region.

Our meats are free range, our seafood – sustainably caught. Our packaging is all compostable. Wherever possible we buy our ingredients from other local, independent businesses. We make everything from scratch; our delicious salsas, Belizean frijoles and chunky guacamole. Even our soft corn tortillas are rolled out fresh.

  • AL PASTOR - PORK TACOS

    Straight from the streets of Mexico City.
    Seared achiote free-range pork stacked on authentic Belizean recipe frijoles (refried beans) and topped with pico de gallo (fresh red salsa), chunky guacamole and chargrilled pineapple.

  • CARNE ASADA - STEAK TACOS

    24 hour marinated steak.
    Roast tomato and chipotle chilli salsa with freshly griddled chunks of tequila marinated steak, lime, coriander and onion relish, chunky guacamole and crumbly cheese.

  • STICKY PLANTAIN

    A taste of the Caribbean.
    Belizean frijoles and Mexican slaw with pomegranate bursts, caramelised plantain, taco dressing and Mexican crema.

  • TACOS DE CAMARON - PRAWN TACOS

    Our personal favourite.
    Tabasco and lime tiger prawns on a bed of crunchy salad, chunky guacamole with mango, red onion and habanero salsa.

  • CHICKEN AND CHORIZO

    Get this “antojito” (little craving) in your face!
    Ground chorizo and shredded chicken, glued together on our griddle with melted cheese, sat on Belizean frijoles and topped with fresh pico de gallo and chunky guacamole.

  • SPICY MUSHROOM

    For those who love tacos, sin meat.
    Habanero spiced flat mushrooms crammed into our hand made tortillas with frijoles (refried beans), tangy red cabbage, pico de gallo (fresh red salsa) and topped with crumbly cheese.

  • THE RED SNAPPER - FISH TACOS

    A Great taco for the summer.
    A big chunk of lime and pepper marinated snapper on a bed of tangy red cabbage and guacamole, drizzled with spicy tomatillo salsa verde.

  • CARNE DESHEBRADA - SHREDDED BEEF TACOS

    Shredded brisket cooked in gluten free beer on a bed of frijoles and Mexican slaw, topped with our own “Betta Belize it” pickled taco dressing and HOT salsa de arbol.

  • NOPALES Y JALAPEÑO - CACTUS TACOS

    Griddled cactus pads, jalapeños and black beans, Mexican slaw, chunky guacamole and crumbly cheese.

REFRESCOS

We are now stocking an ever growing range of Jarritos – the Mexican soft drink made with all natural flavours and the perfect accompaniment to our authentic tacos!

BEBIDAS

The cervezas are now flowing. We have an alcohol licence and we know how to use it – serving up Negra Modelo, Pacifico Clara and Modelo Especial at every opportunity! We’ve also sourced some delicious sip-able tequila and mezcal to transport you back to warmer climates! We’re even working on our own collaboration beer but that’s top secret for now…
